Paul is thrilled to be part of a firm with a long, distinguished history and also where management and staff truly enjoy working with each other. Paul began his career in insurance in 1981 when he joined his father’s agency, Coupin Insurance Agency. He received his BS in Finance from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Paul really enjoys the relationships he has created over the years with clients.
Paul resides in Orinda with his wife, Melissa, his son, Matthew, two crazy cats, Abby and PJ and a Golden Retriever, Wyatt. Paul enjoys skiing (snow and water), wakeboarding, hiking, cycling and supporting the Golden Bears football and basketball teams.
