Blanca Jader is the Accounting Manager at CF&P Insurance Brokers. She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting management and in-depth knowledge of insurance broker accounting practices. At CF&P, Blanca is responsible for the entire accounting cycle including the collective process of identifying, analyzing, and recording all accounting events of the company.
Before joining CF&P in mid-2021, Blanca spent 10 years building and managing the accounting department of another Insurance Broker prior to the company being purchased by a large New York based investment firm. After attending college, Blanca began her accounting career in one largest Insurance Consulting and Risk Management firms in the country. Blanca is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her team spirit, positive attitude and tireless energy to help her employer and fellow employees succeed.
Blanca’s daily inspiration comes from her large extended family, her husband and son. In her free time, she likes to read, crochet, do outdoor activities like hike in Yosemite Valley and explore new restaurants.
