James has been an integral part of the CF&P team for over 34 years. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in the insurance industry, he keeps up on new and upcoming insurance issues and always shares his knowledge with his team. As the personal lines manager, he prides himself on facilitating client relationships, administering automation, and general oversight of the personal lines department.
James has received Safeco’s most prestigious underwriting recognition, the Award of Excellence, for the last 7 years. He served on the Encompass NorthStar Agency Council for the last 6 years as well as the Safeco CA Region Advisory Council of Constituents.
James resides with his wife, Lori, in Alameda. He is very passionate about traveling, gardening, reading, and beer making. He is known to his colleague’s for being well versed in all types of beer. He enjoys being part of the New Member Committee and Pourer’s Club for the Odd Fellows Recreation Club.
